Innovative architecture
aligned with place.

Yamamoto Architecture designed a building that is as unique as the neighbourhood it resides in. Its four-storey form complements the streetscape by using a combination of stone, glass, and metal for a streamlined facade. This modern design is supported by enduring quality, with forward-thinking CLT construction – a mass timber form that’s strong, durable, and more sustainable than traditional concrete. Home is meant to last.

Cross-laminated Timber

1. Proven Technology

Developed in Europe, CLT is an innovative timber building system that’s strong, durable, and more sustainable than traditional concrete. Monuments structural wood panels are made from five layers of precision-cut lumber reducing sound transmission between homes which is comparable to concrete buildings.

2. Durable & Safe

When compared to other building methods and materials, wood is a more sustainable and versatile option. The natural material doesn’t emit carbon dioxide into the atmosphere and consumes less energy during manufacturing, resulting in lower greenhouse gas emissions and a healthier planet and living environment.

3. Sustainable

CLT is considered a safe alternative to concrete construction, while offering the same level of strength and durability. The lighter weight of timber leads to less impact from seismic forces compared to concrete. In addition to seismic, the innovative system has a proven safety and performance record for a full range of conditions, including fire and wind.
